  4. Data communication: In the course of its activities and for the purposes mentioned above, the Office may communicate your data to:

    • Real estate agencies,
    • Web portals,
    • Professionals, consultants, and facilities responsible for management, advertising, and administrative duties.

    In any case, your personal data may be processed, without prior consent, in the cases provided for by art. 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
